As part of our commitment to transparency and accountability, we provide access to public records in accordance with state and federal laws. To request records, please fill out our online records request form or email us at info@northwestfiredept.com. Alternatively, you can submit a request in person at our Administrative Office located at 12820 TC Jester Blvd. Houston, TX 77038. Please provide as much detail as possible regarding the records you seek.
We strive to process records requests promptly. Under state law, we are required to respond to your request within 10 business days. Complex requests may require additional time, but we will inform you of any delays.
While we strive to provide access to public records in accordance with applicable laws, certain records may be exempt from disclosure or subject to limitations. We are committed to protecting individual privacy rights and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Northwest Volunteer Fire Department processes all Texas Public Information Act under the Texas Government Code- Chapter 552.
